FREE VERSION includes all the free and expiring
versions of OmniHTTPd Professional currently available
for public use and evaluation through the Omnicron
Technologies Corporation (the "Company") web
site.
COMMERCIAL VERSION includes all the commercially licensed
copies and user licenses obtained through Omnicron
Technologies Corporation (the "Company") or one
of its vendors.

OmniHTTPd Professional is copyrighted software;
Copyright (c) 1995-2004 Omnicron Technologies
Corporation. You may use, copy and distribute the FREE
VERSION of this program solely for demonstration
purposes, only in unmodified form and without charging
money for it. You may use the COMMERCIAL VERSION on one
computer only. You may not copy and distribute the COMMERCIAL VERSION. You are
allowed to make one (1) copy for archive purposes. Should
you transfer the COMMERCIAL VERSION to another party, you
must remove all copies of the COMMERCIAL VERSION from
your equipment.
DISTRIBUTION
You MUST contact Omnicron Technologies Corporation
(the "Company") regarding commercial
distribution of the FREE VERSION. Any such distribution
without prior written consent from Omnicron Technologies
Corporation is strictly prohibited. Any distribution of
the COMMERCIAL VERSION is strictly prohibited.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Omnicron Technologies Corporation (the
"Company") has granted you, the user, a limited
license to use OmniHTTPd Professional (the
"Software") This does NOT give you the license
to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws
specifically prohibit such restriction), or create
derivative works based on the Software.
DISCLAIMER
Omnicron Technologies Corporation (the
"Company") shall not be held responsible for
any damages arising from the use of the Software. The
Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty
of any kind, including without limitation the warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and
performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the
Software prove defective, you and not the Company, assume
the entire cost of any service and repair.
Security mechanisms implemented in the Software have its limitations and you, the user, must decide whether the Software sufficiently meets your requirements.
